Italian Ziti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 medium zucchini, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 egg whites
    1 (15 oz.) container part-skim Ricotta cheese
    2/3 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    In large saucepan over medium-low heat, warm vegetable oil.
    Add onion, zucchini and garlic.
    Cover pan and cook until vegetables
    are very soft, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano,
    basil and red pepper flakes.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
