Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Whisk egg; mix wet ingredients.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add together; whisk until smooth.
Batter will be thin.
Cook on hot griddle.
Pancakes will also be thin.
