Melt In Your Mouth Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. Muffin Mix
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine egg and milk.
    Add to mix.
    Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full or fill 1/2 full.
    Make hole in center.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon jam or jelly and top with more mix to fill cups.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
