Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine
    salt
    pepper
    onion
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender in jackets in salt and water.
    Put in refrigerator.
    Shred potatoes.
    Put in 9 x 12-inch buttered dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Mix some potato chips and 1 1/2 cups grated Velveeta cheese together for a crumb topping. Add last 5 minutes of baking time.
