Holiday Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes (6 medium)
    1 small cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash, adding cream cheese.
    Beat well, then add sour cream.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add to potatoes. Beat until light and fluffy.
    Place in greased casserole. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
