Microwave Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
salt and pepper
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) beef consomme
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic sauce
Preparation

Preheat browning
skillet on High for 4 minutes.
Place 2 to 3 chops
in skillet.\tTurn quickly to sear on both sides. Cover and cook on High 3 minutes.
Repeat for remaining chops. Salt and pepper after cooking.
Place remaining ingredients in a 4-cup container.\tCover
and cook on High 5 minutes.
Remove chops from browning
skillet.\tPour
in
hot
rice mixture and place chops on top.
Cover
and
cook
on\tHigh
20 minutes or until rice and chops are done.
