Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken, cooked, boned and cut into small pieces
    1 qt. cracker crumbs
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 gal. chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put into casserole.
    Add broth or enough to make mixture quite moist.
    Bake 1/2 to 3/4 hours. Serve hot with gravy or plain.
