Frijoles Borachos(Drunk Bean Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 large fresh diced tomato
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced
    salt to taste
    1 medium diced onion
    1/2 bunch cilantro
    1 can beer (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and drain beans.
    Soak overnight.
    Drain and rinse.
    Add water to cover beans and cook until tender.
    Add the remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
    May need more water so that the beans are soupy.
