Layered Gazpacho Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box seasoned croutons
    4 fresh tomatoes, diced
    1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    pepper (freshly ground, optional)
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1/3 of croutons over bottom of a 2-quart casserole. Layer 1/2 of the following ingredients: tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, green pepper and celery.
    Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and Lawry's salt and spread 1/2 of mixture over top.
    Repeat layers, ending with last 1/3 of croutons.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
