Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cauliflower
8 small potatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. green peas
2 c. sliced cooked chicken
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. low-fat milk
1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
chopped tomatoes and parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Separate cauliflower into flowerets.
Add potatoes, carrots and onion; cook until tender.
Drain well.
Add peas and chicken.
Put in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
