Microwave Ham Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 oz. sliced pimento, drained
10 oz. pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts or broccoli
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except vegetable in a 2-quart glass casserole.
Mix well and cover with glass lid.
Microwave for 30 minutes on High.
Add vegetable and re-cover.
Continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes on High.
Stir to combine vegetables.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
