Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (can have ham or turkey sausage)
    1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls or 2 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
    1 c. frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
    1 c. shredded mild or sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    green olives if desired
    bacon bits if desired
Preparation
    Cook sausage until browned.
    Drain off grease.
    Place dough in ungreased large pizza pan.
    Press over bottom and up sides.
    Spoon sausage over crust.
    Sprinkle with thawed potatoes.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
    Pour into crust.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, olives and bacon bits on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
