Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, green pepper and rice.
    Shape into balls.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs.
    Cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
