Easy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer chicken
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased baking dish.
    Cover with soup. Sprinkle with onion mix.
    Cover tight with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Uncover and pour off gravy.
    Brown chicken uncovered, if desired.
    Serve gravy over rice.
