Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 jalapeno pepper
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. fresh coriander (1 tsp. dried)
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash or more hot sauce
Preparation
    In a food processor with steel blade running, drop in garlic and coriander.
    Pulse peppers and onion until coarsely chopped. Pulse in tomato.
    Place in bowl.
    Stir in vinegar, salt and hot sauce.
