Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground steak or hamburger
    1 egg
    1 large slice bread, soaked in milk
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 small onion
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix and form into balls. Pour 1 can tomatoes over them or 1 pint tomato juice and bake 2 to 3 hours.
