Banana Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. softened butter
3 large eggs
3/4 c. water
2 c. unbleached white flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts or 1/2 c. walnuts and 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat together mashed bananas and butter until creamy.
Add eggs and water; beat well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
Beat until smooth.
Add chopped walnuts.
Spoon batter into an oiled and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Spread batter evenly in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Cook and cut into squares.
Serves 8 to 10.
