Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. fat
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
salt to taste
red pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut chicken into serving pieces and brown in hot fat.
Brown onions in fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour mixture over chicken and bake, uncovered, in oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
