Quick Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed yellow squash
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Boil, drain and mash squash to make 4 cups mix with soup mix, pimento and sour cream.
    Bake in a greased casserole dish for 20 to 30 minutes.
    May top with grated cheese or bread crumbs.
