Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 zwieback
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    12 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1-inch piece vanilla bean, finely cut
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. sour cream
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Crust:
    Crush zwieback and mix together with sugar, margarine and vanilla.
    Line a spring-form pan with mixture, just bottom.
