Mexican Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or 1 large avocado(s)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 large container sour cream
    1 c. finely chopped green onion
    1 c. finely chopped tomato
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Layer ingredients
    in
    order
    listed:
    Mash avocado and mix with mayonnaise
    and lemon juice for first layer.
    Combine taco mix and sour
    cream,
    mixing well for second layer.
    Then layer onion, tomato
    and cheese; top with black olives.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
