Easy Mexican Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (I use ground turkey)
    16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
    1 (15 oz.) jar mild taco sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant onions
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet and drain.
    In mixing bowl, combine beans, taco sauce, tomato sauce and onion.
    Set aside 1 cup of corn chips and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Add remaining Cheddar cheese and corn chips to bean mixture.
    Then add meat to mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
