Carob Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. carob
    pinch of sea salt
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix everything into a saucepan or double boiler except the vanilla.
    Stir over medium heat until the pudding begins to bubble (about 15 minutes).
    Stir constantly to prevent lumps.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla.
    Pour into individual dishes to cool. Serve plain or with milk or whipped cream.
