Italian Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    In bowl, cream Crisco and sugar by hand.
    Add egg yolks and milk.
    Add baking powder and flour.
    Mix until dough forms ball. Roll half of dough for bottom crust of a 10-inch pie plate.
