Chinese-Style Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. sugar
    bits of crisp bacon, ham or hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Wash and drain spinach, removing any wilted leaves.
    Heat oil over high heat.
    Add spinach; stir until oil is thoroughly mixed with spinach.
    Add seasonings.
    Cover; cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with bits of bacon, ham or eggs.
    Serves 4 to 6.
