Easy Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can pitted dark sweet cherries
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Heat cherries until bubbly; drain.
    Arrange cherries in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Spread sour cream over the top.
    Sift brown sugar evenly over the surface.
    Broil 4 inches from the heat for two minutes or until the sugar is browned and bubbly.
    You can serve it immediately or chill it.
    Serves 4 to 6.
