Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. melted shortening or oil
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in water.
    Stir in sugar and egg.
    Add flour, then melted margarine; mix.
    Spoon into greased muffin pan until half full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Dough will keep
    in refrigerator approximately two weeks.
    Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
