Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. 2% milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cream
    1 pt. oysters in juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat milk and cream to boil.
    Just before serving, melt butter in saucepan.
    Add oysters and juice.
    Cook gently just until oysters edges curl.
    Add to milk and cream.
    Season with salt and pepper.
