Carrot-Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients, then carrots and nuts.
Mix well.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
