Lippy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large size box raspberry Jell-O
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Blend tomatoes in blender.
    Add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
    Add tomato mixture to the dissolved Jell-O.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill. Top with sour cream to serve.
    Good with seafood or steaks. Similar to aspic.
