Spiced Apple Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rolled boneless pork loin roast (4 to 5 lb.)
1 clove garlic, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. applesauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Remove and discard all excess fat from roast.
Cut slits in top of roast and insert garlic strips.
Mix flour, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper.
Rub over the roast.
Place meat fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 160\u00b0 to 170\u00b0.
Combine applesauce, brown sugar, vinegar and cloves.
Generously brush over roast during last half hour of baking.
