Three-Cheese Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. can tomato sauce
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. cream style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 manicotti shells, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Blend tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer uncovered 10 to 12 minutes.
    Combine 1 cup of the Mozzarella, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Add eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mix lightly.
