Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 1/2 c. kidney beans (15 oz. can)
    2 1/2 c. canned whole tomatoes (28 oz. can)
Preparation
    Brown beef, then drain off fat and add onion and green pepper. Brown, then add other ingredients.
    Simmer 1 hour.
