Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, chilled
    1 small pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Wash berries; grind in blender.
    (You may need to add a small amount of water to help this process.)
    Drain in a colander.
    Pour sugar over berries; refrigerate overnight in a covered container. Add the drained pineapple, marshmallows and nuts.
    Fold in the whipped cream and chill.
    May be refrigerated, covered, for several days.
