Country Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, flour, oil, soda and spices well.
    Fold in carrots, nuts, coconut and pineapple. Bake in a 10 x 15-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
