Ingredients

4 pita breads
1 bag frozen Italian style mixed vegetables
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, diced
8 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Steam vegetables.
Cool and toss with spices.
Place pita bread on cookie sheet.
Portion seasoned vegetables onto breads. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese melts and becomes slightly browned.
