Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake
1 stick margarine
1 box. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans (chopped)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread nuts, then coconut in pan. Cream the cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla.
Set aside. Mix cake to package directions and pour on top of nuts and coconut. Drop cream cheese on top of cake.
Do not spread to edge.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
