Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes (about 3 lb.)
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. margarine
    parsley
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Peel
    potatoes; cut into quarters.
    Beat the eggs until mixed together.
    In
    a
    separate bowl, combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Dip
    potato
    in egg, then in flour mixture. Melt butter in
    13
    x 9-inch pan.
    Place potatoes in a single layer.
    Bake
    at 375\u00b0
    for
    about 1 hour, turning once during baking.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 6 to 8.
