Blitz Kuchen(Cinnamon Crisps) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients.
    Spread dough as thinly as possible on a
    12 x 16-inch greased cookie sheet.
    Brush with milk and cover with
    cinnamon
    mixture
    of 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon to taste.
    Dot with small pieces of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on
    lowest rack
    until
    crisp, about 15 minutes.
    Cut in diagonal pieces while hot.
