Cottage Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream the sugar, margarine and cottage cheese.
    Add lemon peel, egg, Bisquick and milk.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 12 to 15 muffins.
