Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans
    2 cans tomatoes
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Dump vegetables into pot.
    Add water.
    Sprinkle dry mix over top.
    Stir\tto
    blend.
    Cook until vegetables are tender. One-half cup equals 1 vegetable exchange.
