Chili Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
    1 can meat chili (no beans)
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 to 4 chopped green onions
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Spread in heatproof dish.
    Spread with heated meat chili.
    Place shredded Cheddar over chili.
    Garnish with finely chopped green onions.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
