Mar'S Mexican Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 cans (small) mild chopped green chiles
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 small cans chopped mushrooms
1 large bag corn chips
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put a layer of chips on bottom of a large casserole or baking dish. Spread chopped chicken over chips.
Heat broth, soup, chiles, onion and mushrooms.
Remove from heat. Add sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Line edge of casserole with remaining corn chips.
