Mozzarella Frys - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    fat for deep frying (heated to 365~)
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks and sugar.
    Beat at high speed until mixture is thick and piles softly.
    Add cheese and salt, then mix in flour, one tablespoon at a time.
    Add just enough flour to form a dough.
    (Dough will be sticky.)
