Sour Cream Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix thoroughly shortening, sugar and eggs. Stir in sour cream, vanilla and flour.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Drop rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes until almost no imprint remains when lightly touched.
