Baked Sausages With Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/4 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage
4 potatoes, peeled
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 green onions, diced
dash of pepper, ground
Preparation

Poke sausages with fork in a few places.
Slice potatoes and onions.
Cut peppers into strips.
In large pan, layer onions, potatoes and peppers.
Place sausages on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with spices.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
During baking time, stir vegetables and sausages around to coat with juices.
You may add half the peppers after 25 minutes of cooking time since they cook quickly. Sprinkle green onions over top before serving.
Serves 4.
