Chutney Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular cream cheese (not low-fat)
    1 jar chutney
    3 to 4 tsp. curry powder
    chopped almonds or pecans
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese and chutney, which has been chopped into small pieces. Add curry powder and when thoroughly mixed, roll into a ball
    and put in Saran Wrap; refrigerate. After it is thoroughly chilled, roll in chopped almonds or pecans. Serve with Ginger Snaps. This freezes very well for future use.
