Crisp Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter; slowly add sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla flavoring and slowly add flour.
    Chill dough.
    Roll on floured board and cut.
    Bake until light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
