Garlic And Shrimp Linguini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli florets
    3/4 c. virgin olive oil
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 oz. linguini, cooked and buttered
    1/2 c. grated Romano
Preparation
    Stir-fry broccoli in 1/4 cup of the olive oil in a wok or frying pan for about five minutes.
    Add remaining oil, then add mushrooms and stir-fry for five minutes.
    Add shrimp, garlic, onion, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
    Stir-fry for five minutes. Add buttered linguini to wok.
    Sprinkle with Romano.
    Toss well.
