Ingredients

2 egg whites
pinch of salt
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites very stiff; add sugar slowly, beating all the time.
Add salt and vanilla and last, fold in the chips.
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil; drop cookies on sheet with a teaspoon.
Put cookies in oven; close door and slowly count to ten.
Turn oven off and leave until next morning. Do not open oven until ready to take cookies out the next morning.
